On IIS 7, I'm using Web Platform Installer 5.0 to upgrade PHP to 7.0.27 (x64) and install Windows Cache Extension 2.0 (x64) for PHP 7.0. The result is two error messages:
- For PHP, "The product did not download successfully: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."
- For Windows Cache Extension 2.0, "This product cannot be installed because a product that it depends on did not install successfully."
The log is below. My questions are:
- For PHP, why would it say the "underlying connection was closed?" The server is connected to the Internet. What's the likely problem?
- For Windows Cache Extension 2.0, how would I find out what dependencies are missing? I don't see this information in the log.
